Desire Art Returns Policy
(valid for all orders placed in our online store)
1. Briefly about the main thing
We want every product to bring joy. If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item.
2. Photo-video confirmation before sending
To avoid misunderstandings: before sending, we send you a photo and a short video of the finished order (via e-mail, Viber or Instagram Direct).
You review it, confirm that everything meets your wishes → we pack and ship.
After your confirmation, the product is considered to be fully compliant with the order in terms of appearance, color, and configuration.
3. What can be returned
The product has not been used and has retained its original appearance (no scratches, stains, odors).
The original branded packaging and tags are intact.
There is an order number or a document confirming the purchase.
4. What is not subject to return
Custom products (name/logo/individual size, color)
Created specifically for you.
Hygiene products after opening (soap, solid shampoos, bombs)
Legal prohibition of return.
Products with obvious signs of use
Damaged presentation.
5. How to return
Write to desireartdeco@gmail.com, Viber/Telegram within 14 days after receipt.
Attach a photo/video of the current condition and the reason for the return.
We will discuss the return and send you the address for sending (Nova Poshta).
After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund up to 5 business days in the same way you paid.
6. Delivery upon return
At our expense if a packaging error is detected.
At the expense of the buyer, if the decision to return is only a change of opinion/taste.
